Photo Effects Pro is a complete rewrite of the Palm Hot Apps Competition winner Photo Effects (and Photo Effects Plus). This “Pro” version now runs completely on your phone, without the need for a web service or internet connection. (Requires at least webOS 2.1) With Photo Effects Pro you will be able to take advantage of several editing features right from your phone. Have you ever taken a picture that you thought would look good in black and white? Or accidentally taken a picture horizontally and wished you would have taken it vertically? You can now rotate, crop and resize your photos without first having to transfer them to your computer. This version allows you to set the filename before saving and includes a handy Undo feature. You can also email or text your finished photo directly from the app or set it as the wallpaper.
