Due to current limitations of webOS, all photo processing must be done on our web servers.  Your photo will be uploaded to our servers, processed, and then downloaded back to your phone.  All photos on our servers will remain confidential with random file names and will be deleted within 1 hour.  Processing of pornographic or illegal material, or copyrighted material which you do not own is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.  Rusty Apps is not liable for any and all damages incurred as a result of using Photo Effects.
